We encourage guests to book via the platform they are most comfortable with. Direct Booking is available for returning guests or those approved by the owner. For first-time visitors who prefer the added layer of third-party verification, you are welcome to book us on Airbnb or Vrbo.
Note: Rates may vary between Direct, Airbnb, and Vrbo due to the different service fees charged by each platform. We generally recommend Airbnb for their consistent customer support if you choose not to book direct.
Guest Safety
Alarms & Emergencies
Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with maintained Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors. In the event of an alarm:
- Fire/Smoke: Evacuate immediately and dial 911.
- Carbon Monoxide: Evacuate immediately and dial 911.
Once you are safe, please notify us immediately so we can assist.
Security
The home is secured with deadbolt locks and smart entry monitoring. While our area is very safe, we recommend locking your vehicle and not leaving valuables in plain sight, just as you would at home. If you ever feel unsafe, please dial 911 for Plymouth Police assistance.
Good Neighbor Policy
Noise & Quiet Hours
We are located in a peaceful residential area. We ask that you respect our full-time neighbors by keeping audio and voices to a reasonable volume. Plymouth has strict noise ordinances that can result in fines for violations. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Parties / Events
We have a strict No Parties policy. However, we understand the desire to celebrate special moments. Small gatherings (like a birthday dinner or bridal shower) may be permitted with prior written approval. Please contact us before booking if you plan to host non-registered guests.
Occupancy & Age
The minimum age to book is 28. The primary renter must be present at the property throughout the stay. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
House Rules
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the driveway only. Guests must properly extinguish and dispose of all remnants. A remediation fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside or if debris is left on the grounds.
Fireworks & Fire Safety
The White Mountains region is prone to forest fires. Although fireworks are legal in NH, they are strictly prohibited at our property to protect the surrounding forest and home. No open fires are permitted except in the designated fire pit or propane grill.
Mountain Environment Awareness
Winter Conditions (Snow & Ice)
Mountain weather is unpredictable and significantly more severe than in city environments. Driveways, walkways, and stairs may become slippery at a moment's notice. While we have contractors to plow and clear snow, please be prepared for winter conditions, including snow/ice on the ground and potential delays during active storms. We provide sand/salt and shovels for your convenience.
Nature & Terrain
Flash Flooding: Mountain streams can rise rapidly during rain. Exercise caution when exploring near water or hiking trails.
Power Outages: While rare, outages are more common here than in urban areas. We recommend unplugging sensitive electronics during lightning storms. If you require medical devices dependent on power, please bring a battery backup sufficient for an extended outage.
